Lauren DeLisa Coleman
Coleman is also a rising, formidable media personality for the digi-speak era. Said to be the Anti-Oprah, in terms of recognizing that in the new "leaderful" era the best approach is to provide maximum perspective and digi-socio collaboration rather than try and dominate behavior as the gurus of old, Coleman is well-positioned as an information source and power player in the socio-mobile space. She has labeled this new phenomenon under her re-definition of SmartPower, that is a specific and growing tribe of hip, young neo-humans who are self-determinant, socially conscious and use tech extensions, such as Smartphones, to explore and express a new power dynamic. Thus, she produces and hosts the daily "SmartPower" podcast and she just released The Rise of the SmartPower Class which is her first eBook and was included in its first week on Amazon’s “Hot New Releases - Best: Media Studies.” The work examines this new cultural SmartPower phenomenon and includes quotes from such notables as rap legend Chuck D and the HBO executive for "Real Time with Bill Maher." Coleman speaks and writes on this topic, as well. She appears frequently on San Francisco's KPOO as new media critic, moderated a number of panel discussions both in the U.S. and abroad and contributes thought-pieces to such outlets as NewsweekDailyBeast, NBC News' thegrio.com and cnbc.com. Prior to this work, she founded Punch Media Group a digital strategy and behavioral consulting company that was the force behind at least $1 billion worth of transactions for clients from Microsoft to Snoop Dogg. With former offices and residences in the U.S. and France, Coleman Identified and negotiated all new business opportunities for international territories including France, Germany, Spain, Japan among others and was responsible for multiple projects in multiple time-zones simultaneously across various territories. She is an Ivy League graduate; Columbia University. For detailed information please visiit - www.ldcoleman.com

When the winter finally hit her and her parents, she spent her high school years in Atlanta, Georgia from which she decided to study Economics and Art History in Manhattan.
