Pushing the boundaries is not for everyone in today's new times.  Hollywood and Washington have met on the screen before, but apparently not in this manner; and is, therefore, considered inappropriate.  But as the comments show, it seems general public takes very little offense.  In a time where so much of the "power" is also now toward the individual and away from the corporation, how much longer before the viewer will actually have the say as to what is cut and isn't.  In the meantime, all we wanna know is: when does Season 3 start?!!!!

HBO recently issued an apology for o the show-runners of the hit series "Game of Thrones." David Benioff and D.B. Weiss remark on DVD commentary that one of the several heads on sticks during a recent episode was actually that modeled after former POTUS George W. Bush. According to the extra in the first-season release, it was not a ‘political statement - they had to utilize the heads they ‘had around’. BREAKING: Since the orignally apology, however, that scene has now even been edited out entirely from the episode. Below is a glimpse of what faithful and not so faithful viewers had to say.

What Others Are Saying...

Really? A blurry prop head in a foggy background is no comparison to members of congress shouting "liar" during a speech by the president…

Too bad the apology…I'd be interested if the head of every Bush clansman and minion were similarly posted on pikes. I'd even help
